I want the costumers to believe that not only are they are getting a good product, but they are getting it from a good brand. For example, I got the chance to enter a business club with products very similar in price, quality and style to that of its established competitors. I was able to do so by combining my product with a story that consumers could get behind and feel good about being a part of. Another reason for this reason is to make the customers feel comfortable and confident about what they are buying.
